MANAGER CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATION You will be responsible for planning, directing, managing and contributing to the contracting process and Contracts Administration Department. This includes drafting, reviewing and maintaining contracts while communicating key issues to business owners, as well as participating in contract decisions and advising on adherence to Stanford University Medical Center policies and associated risk. We require a JD, 3+ years of contractual/legal experience negotiating contracts, senior-level deal-making and vendor negotiation in a corporate environment and experience reviewing, structuring, negotiating and drafting vendor contracts. Must have superior communication, management, organizational, interpersonal, customer service and verbal/written communication skills, a proven track record in leading negotiating teams, managing corporate priorities and interfacing with executive-level management, and proficiency in contract structuring and administration. Computer knowledge, ability to work in a team and fast-paced environment and familiarity with purchasing of hospital/medical supplies and related terms/conditions are necessary, as are strong general management skills, including experience in negotiations, contract law and human relations and the ability to be successful in an exceedingly complex environment in which decision making is often ambiguous.
